The Mendota Community would like to say thank you to the State of MN.

The Mendota Community would like to say thank you to the State of MN for letting us use our Great, Great, Great, Grandparents home in Mendota MN. Thank you to the MNHS for your support thru the years. The Mendota Community has used the DuPuis House for over 5 years. For our language class, our history, honoring our ancestor, meeting, and so much more. Joseph Renville’s daughter Angelique married Hypolite DuPuis around 1838. Most of Mendota Community Members are Lineal Descendants of Cetan Watuwa Mani (Little Crow) and proud of it. This will be our 19th Wacipi / Pow Wow. Hope to see you all Sept 7- 9- 2018. Vendors welcome!
