Hello Auntie, we are digging holes for the new lodge, cutting carpet to fit the floor of the lodge, and moving the firepit today starting at 2:00 PM. Probably until 7:00 PM. – Saturday we will gather near the DuPuis house at noon and carpool to Fort Snelling State Park to harvest willow. We cannot actually start building the lodge until 4:00 PM Saturday though we will get the willow ready around 3:00 PM. Cutting off branches and sharpening a pencil point on the base of the 16 poles. Should be done building the lodge by 8:00 PM, depending on how much help we have. – Sunday start the fire at 4:00 PM. Go in around 6:00 PM. Finish Inipi Ceremony around 8:30 PM and eat the feast. 9:15 PM cleanup. 9:45 PM exit the DuPuis house.
