Hello everyone we always need help to setup and take down.
Additional help is always needed besides the actual starting of the powwow on Sept 9th.
All these are at St Peter’s Church grounds.
Pods will be at the Wacipi ground between 10 -11am on Sept 6.
Tuesday Sept 6 start at 11:00am to sign in. You can volunteer as many hours as possible.
Wednesday Sept 7 start at 11:00 9:00pm sign in.
Thursday Sept 8th start at 11:00 9:00pm sign in.
Friday Sept 9th start at 11:00 9:00pm sign in.
Friend Sept 9th we need help to set up feast Friday night we need 6 people. If you can please bring a dish to pass for the feast!
Saturday Sept 10th start at 9:00am 9:00pm sign in.
Sunday Sept 11th start at 9:00am 9:00pm sign in.
Monday Sept 12th take down and put away, must be done by 5.
Thanks for any of these days you can help. Even if it is one day it all helps. Bring someone to help if you want. Small payout of $25.00.
We need help to get cases of water and cases of pop.
