I need a lot of help on this committee. We will need donations, auction things, food servers, cake, dishes to pass, plus what Mendota will serve, pop, water, door prizes, etc.
We will need help with setup and take down, setting up the auction table, getting the pictures ready for display, setting up tables with tablecloths, candles and flowers on them, and so much more.
