This training event will be an interactive, hands-on, 2 1/2 day workshop on drafting or revising tribal sexual assault and stalking codes. Whether your tribal nation has existing tribal laws on sexual assault and stalking or is starting from scratch, this event will provide you with knowledge to begin crafting customized sexual assault and stalking tribal laws that meet the needs of your community including Adam Walsh compliance. Participants will walk away with specific strategies for law reform, including examples of laws from tribes around the country.
