Mendota’s Holiday Party Dec 3, 2011.
This Saturday from 1-4 POTLUCK. Holiday Party for MMDC, at Cherokee Park Church 371 West Baker Street, Saint Paul, MN 55107
Members, Friends, Cherokee Park Church members, everyone is invited to come spend Dec 3, from 1-4 with the MMDC Community. Please bring a dish to pass POTLUCK
Call MMDC with any questions 651-452-4141. Please do not call the Church.
If you want to bring a new toy for both boys and girls any age that would be nice! You can drop off toys at the office too CALL first and talk to Sharon.
The Church is about 1 1/2 miles north of the old Mendota office.
If you have ANY pictures you would like to share with us please bring them, old family pictures, ancestry’s pictures what be great, pow wow any pictures, I can put them on our website. I have added my grandmother, and other pictures to share with everyone.

The gate will be open at Coldwater Saturday Nov 19, 2011 for one hour.
If you want to get water the gate will be open from 2:30 to 3:30. It won’t be open again until Dec 3, for one hour.

Beginning December 7, 2011, the Mendota Mdewakanton Dakota Community will be using the DuPuis House to host Dakota language classes.
These classes will be open to the public and will be held the first three Wednesday evenings of the month from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. On the fourth Wednesday, a Dakota culture class will be offered, again from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. For more information, please contact Sharon Lennartson or Jim Anderson. The classes are free, donations can be made for the teacher. Please email mmdc01@comcast.net or call the Mendota Center 651-452-4141. If you would like to bring a treats, they are always welcome!
