Beautiful Lone Flute.
Intertribal: This is one of the most common songs that a drum will sing. All of this song is made up of Vocables yahs and wehs. Vocables come from the combining of many different languages of the Indigenous Peoples of Turtle Island (north America). An Intertribal is a call to ALL nations of people to come out and dance.
Honoring Women: This song honors the women of our Nations. One member of the Drum will sing a lead and the remainder will call, back then sing the rest of the song. Near the end of the verse you will hear the honor beats. These beats honor the creator, the drum and the spirits.
Sneak Up: This song represents man scouting for game. Each dancer tells a song of the past hunts. Each time the song comes back into the straight beat it gets fast and the hunt progresses. This song is a Word song actually using words from Anishnaabe (Ojibwe).
